Membership Benefits

UNYAN consists of three types of membership, General, Associate and Corporate Membership.

UNYAN’s General Membership is represented by commercial ambulance providers that form a network for sharing information on a variety of issues and initiatives supporting its mission of quality, affordable and timely patient care. UNYAN advocates all year to effectively address the many topics that affect the industry.

We also now have a new member class called Associate Members. This new class consists of Independent volunteer agencies (501(c)3 agencies). Associate members are those who are independent volunteer organizations with the primary mission to provide ground based ambulance service and must bill for those services. Revenue does not have to be primary or sole source of revenue for the agency. Associate members shall be sponsored by (2) UNYAN members in good standing, will sign an MOU agreeing to align with UNYANS core legislative agenda, and understand that they are a nonvoting member that can participate in all other aspects of UNYAN. 

Corporate Members  are non-voting members and are entitled to attend all UNYAN meetings  receive meeting notices make presentations at regular UNYAN meetings or other selected UNYAN events  distribute information about products or services at meetings they attend display products at meetings they attend  Use the UNYAN logo in advertising stating they are an Corporate Member and Other privileges as determined by the regular membership.
