Technology. Commercial service providers are often the leaders in bringing both innovative services and technology to where it will do the most good: at the patient's side. Their determination to have the best tools available to help them provide the best care possible can be measured in the most valued commodity of all: lives saved.

Through joint education programs, drills, and practice, they improve the community's ability to react quickly and appropriately when a crisis arises.
